This folk tale was "translated from Czechoslovak and published by Raf. D. Szalatnay." The publisher address is the "Czechoslovak Art and Craft, 542 East 79 Str, R. 110, New York City," which must have been a fun place. The book was printed in Czechoslovakia in typically superb fashion.
